I haven't worked on this forum for a while but when I checked it today it's coming up with this.

Moved to plugin support.

Looks like that plugin is passing a parameter by reference when calling a function. This was removed in PHP (and deprecated) a while back. I can't remember the exact PHP version that removed it.

I deleted the plugin and the forum is now working again.
