Go to templates -> forum display templates -> forumdisplay_threadlist and copy paste the code over here.

Use the
tag.

Btw, it's better if you don't use ripped themes.

i'm also facing the same problem, help me!!
Replace this:

        <td class="tcat" align="center" width="52px"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=replies&amp;order=desc">{$lang->replies}</a> {$orderarrow['replies']}</strong></span></td>
        <td class="tcat" align="center" width="52px"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=views&amp;order=desc">{$lang->views}</a> {$orderarrow['views']}</strong></span></td>
        <td class="tcat" align="right" width="150px"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=lastpost&amp;order=desc">{$lang->lastpost}</a> {$orderarrow['lastpost']}</strong></span></td>
        {$inlinemodcol}

with this:

		<td class="tcat" colspan="3" width="66%"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=subject&amp;order=asc">{$lang->thread}</a> {$orderarrow['subject']} / <a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=starter&amp;order=asc">{$lang->author}</a> {$orderarrow['starter']}</strong></span></td>
		<td class="tcat" align="center" width="7%"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=replies&amp;order=desc">{$lang->replies}</a> {$orderarrow['replies']}</strong></span></td>
		<td class="tcat" align="center" width="7%"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=views&amp;order=desc">{$lang->views}</a> {$orderarrow['views']}</strong></span></td>
		{$ratingcol}
		<td class="tcat" align="right" width="20%"><span class="smalltext"><strong><a href="{$sorturl}&amp;sortby=lastpost&amp;order=desc">{$lang->lastpost}</a> {$orderarrow['lastpost']}</strong></span></td>
		{$inlinemodcol}

Hopefully it would work. If it doesn't, i'll think of something else :p
The not showing star issue is due to the CSS settings I had the same kinda issue not the reply not showing but not showing of the stars.

Best way to troubleshoot is to check your theme against the default one I did that and found two settings now to be correct.

To do that got to MyACP -> Templates & Stykes -> Themes -> star_ratings.css ( Click the name which will lead you to a settings edit area ).

From the above drop down select .inline_rating under that "background setting must be blank if there's a path remove it" then from the drop down select .star_rating, .star_rating li a:hover, .star_rating .current_rating under that in the same setting check the image path it must be like this;

url(images/star_rating.gif) left -1000px repeat-x

If it's some thing else please replace it with the above path.

Now check your start ratings it will be there.

can you tell us the theme name ? it looks like a premium theme. if so, support should be sought from theme coder.
