i just find out about mybb and it look very nice

so hard is it to install mod and another stuff u know....is it harder than phpbb or?

And is that any start guide?

Well for installing MyBB you should read the Documentation that comes in the zip file, or use the Wiki:

Modifications are very easy to install, and most come in the form of "plugins" which you just upload and activate. See [Wiki: Plugins] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)
