Hi there! getting this error:

Any time one of the following happens:
- Click Edit this User in Mod CP
- Try to click the Mod CP button
- Try to access the popup for reported posts.

Permissions to moderator panel is allowed for the groups... But, this error is so random. Any heads up on what could be causing this?
It appears that all persons to have access must have or be in group id #3 for some reason.
