I would like to add a post as a sticky to all my forums automatically without adding it manually to each forum is there a way to archive this.

Thank you .m. for the reply but I'm kinda looking for some thing like this http://www.bikechatforums.com in this board you'll see 2 threads marked as important those are not posts but links to a premade massage I want to to do that.
The forum software his using is phpBB but I think it will be possible in myBB too.
Can I archive this by editing template I don't mind getting my hands dirty.
