help needed.

my moderators by default are not allowed to move, split, merge threads and posts around the forum, and I would like them to be able to do so. 

I was searching such options but couldn't find any in ACP. 

Is there a way to allow them to do only moving, splitting and merging threads while not making them administrators.

Forum to do the assignment.

ACP->Forums & Posts->Click on the forum you want and go to the moderators tab. Add the username / usergroup if you haven't already. Make sure "Can Manage Threads" is checked.
