The new users after registration they did'nt getting any email.
I saw in : Tools and maintanence> system Email log>User Email Log Viewer> Error
MyBB was unable to send the email using the PHP mail() function.

Please anyone help me out of this.

That's probably your issue. From the looks of it, your host has done something weird with their configuration. That sort of thing is not uncommon for free hosts because email is frequently abused on free hosting accounts.

in my webhost php mail is not allowed changed it to smtp and its work
1.changed to smtp
2.require gmail accout(free to use any email but i prefere a gmail)
2.fill option as below screen shot

Note: I am Using a MyBB 1.8
