I'd like to suggest that the Cookie Prefix setting is editable on install. If you're running multiple copies of myBB off the same domain, even if their on different subdomains, not being able to set that prefix causes an issue as you won't be able to log in on the second board you installed. The only way to fix this, then, is to open up the settings.php file and edit it yourself, which can cause a bunch of other issues if you forget to update the database as well.
Cookie domain & path are both included, so it makes sense to add prefix as well.
