So there's a bug, I don't know if it's a JS or a PHP bug, but once you enter a wrong answer for captcha, and then refresh to get a new one, you can't signup no matter how many correct captchas you solve.

Same applies to refreshed registration questions - reported it here: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/issues/1058 and it was marked as fixed but it still needs to be corrected as I can see.
