The collapse button on the thead is not working. 

All collapse working good. If not, show here link into your site where is problem.

looks like theme templates are not updated after upgrading MyBB

upgrading guidance Wrote:Visit your Admin Control Panel, then go to Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates. This will show you a list of all the templates that have changed during the upgrade.

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed - or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed. If you have a custom theme installed, it is probably best that you look at the Diff Report and apply the changes you need.

This style have a invalid template style in forumbit templates.

Try to revert original template in forumbit_depth1_cat and do not forget to set correctly colspan.

Yes it cannot to work.

Your style still is incompatible with MyBB 1.8.
Look at your template > headerinclude
Try to repair this template.
Or delete this style.

You need to repair much more templates if you want to use this style with new version MyBB.
Better will be if you delete this style and install valid one for mybb 1.8
