My users have been reporting this error message:

Warning: mysql_errno(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/content/w/e/b/weberm71/html/forum/inc/db_mysql.php on line 313
MySQL error:
Warning: mysql_error(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/content/w/e/b/weberm71/html/forum/inc/db_mysql.php on line 314

And I have seen it to.  A simple screen refresh takes care of it.  Is this software related or my server?

I was have the same problem and Tikitiki told me that " mysql server is down I have to contact my host"

It's related to your server. pepotiger is correct.
