Block the IP ranges corresponding to the traffic.

I've asked my webhost provider (Binero.se) for help, but they can't do nothing about it they say, themselves don't know solution for this.
However they noticed me about their awstats, so I have enabled it for my websites and can see how much visits I get on my website, how much space it draws and all kind of stats.
Still I don't know what to do with all these information!
If they don't know the solution to a problem like this in 100% honesty the host is not a trustable one and you should get out of it.

Problem is still, I don't know how to block IP ranges etc.
I can try Piwik, but if Awstats works, why use more analytic software.
The host Binero that I use, been using it for a couple of years and I've recieved great help from them before.. now the previous months though, seems like their team have less time, take days to even get responds now.
Not sure I can get out of the host, nor know what else host to get to. Already paid for some months ago, a 1 year subscription for the webhotel, costed me like $100 and then I wanna use it out.
Well, still it takes me about 1GB of traffic..
The .htaccess and robots.txt seems not to help/work, nor does CloudFlare.

My biggest question right now is:
If I delete my whole forum, then I install a Wordpress for startsite on sozu.eu, and create a new forum on sozu.eu/forum
Will the bots go away or do they stick to the URL?
Wondering if it's some codes in the forum or some old post that it gets into.. if it might would stop this visits by changing the URL to forum and making a wordpress on start which I'd some thoughts of already.
Use CloudFlare, seriously, you can even set the security mode to Maximum just in case.
Another thing to do is to make peace with them, bots won't harm your website anyway, if you have reCaptcha No Captcha installed, then they won't be able to do anything to your website.
Back to my suggestion, use CloudFlare. Using Wordpress instead of MyBB will wake up other bots, each system has its targetted bots, and WP is by far the largest PHP system, you do the math
