It's in 1.6.8.

I modified the tables threads and posts, the subject column now is varchar(200).

But the code still complain if I entered the subject longer than 85.

How to modify the code to accept longer subject text?

And it would be better to upgrade your forum to MyBB 1.6.15 - there had been many security fixes after release of MyBB 1.6.8
