For this bug if you use a custom moderator tool that moves the thread to another forum and also makes a reply, the last post data for the destination forum is not updated. I noticed this after using a custom tool here.
I noticed that, was wondering what was causing the issue. JordanMussi and I confirmed it the other day.

Merging threads also causes an similar issue with the thread creator. I think this is general for most tools..
So this can be considered "Pushed" I guess.

"Unpushing" the thread since there is no issue for this - the linked one doesn't and apparently won't fix it (as per Stefan's comment)..
What should be fixed:
- custom move thread mod tools with reply - wrong forum's lastposteruid (can't reproduce this locally..)
- unapprove/approve - wrong forum's lastposteruid (to reproduce, just (un)approve the last answered thread and check forumbit's last post)
- merge thread - wrong thread author in forumdisplay (example:
http://community.mybb.com/thread-160500.html)
I was able to reproduce only your last bullet now.
