Hi,

I just want to know how to change the limited charctar number for last thread in the index page becuase I have little problem with it after transfare the forum.

look at the follow attach picture it's before the transfare.

how can I fix that?

In inc/functions_forumlist.php, lines 182 - 185:

 -
					if(my_strlen($lastpost_subject) > 25)
					{
						$lastpost_subject = my_substr($lastpost_subject, 0, 25) . "...";
					}

Change the 25's to your desired number.
