Well what did you do? Did you try to upload or install a plugin? Some more details.

I installs ASB advance side box plugin and it got like this and i update to 1.0.8 but it is still same :/

^ you have to check correct locations of the plugin files ..

Are you sure you didn't miss anything out when uploading everything in the upload file - you could of easily missed out a file.
If the download pack has a README.txt file - look over it to see, your problem could be answered in there.
