Hi there, I want to be able to go to domain.com/forums.php and have my forums show up as if it was /index.php

How could this be done?

Rename index.php to forums.php and if you want the portal as the index, rename portal.php to index.php. You may want to point links to the homepage to forums.php or you may not. Also in functions online: replace occurrences of portal.php with index.php (if you renamed the portal).
