how add Translations plugins at new site here

contact the plugin author and ask to add you as a collaborator. with the collaborator status you can submit the translation for the project

But I can't submit translation for My Plugins. :-\

^ looks like Mods control panel needs improvement ..
may be you can submit as a build and Mods section team takes care of it
