Off the MyBB forum page there is a redirect "main site" that has a marquee that I need to update. Where in the admin panel? can I find those settings?

that should be in the header announcement settings (see this post)

Yes the wording "Don't forget to ..." redirect  are in the header announcement. I'm looking to change the marquee that says "93 cosponsors...." on the second screenshot.
I'm thinking screenshot 2 is a seperate website? It says something about Design by Webdezign on the footer of the page.
