Sorry i did not notice it before. Your forum is working just fine. The only issue i can see is of broken thumbnails. right?
Most things are functional on a users base, but if you look at the original post you will see that from an admin's perspective pretty much all buttons, menus etc are non-functional. So you can't activate new users, or do anything else. You can't even install new themes.
