The bbcode editor doesnt show

Images in img tags also do not load, i am assuming bbcode does not want to parse

All unneeded plugins have been disabled

I am having the same issue now.
Change the theme again and select that theme as default. See if that fixes. Worked for me too.

Yes that worked before I posted it here and I thought that myself as well but that create another very big problem and that is the users are unable to register.
.m. fixed it yesterday for my theme already, I have asked him for help and he said he will help me
