There is the Russia Language Pack for MyBB 1.8.0
The pack is based on MyBB 1.6.10 Language Pack from nirvana and Chulik
There could be some translation mistakes and typos.
v 1.1 Corrected mistakes, typos, termins
v 1.1.1 Lines 385 and 386 in global.lang.php were corrected (Thanks Maechlis)
v 1.2 Adoptation for myBB 1.8.1
v 1.3 Adoptation for myBB 1.8.4 (Changed files are in the separate pack "changed_files_RU_1804.zip" )

Sorry. I'm not interesting to translate new versions any more. So, if anybody would like to support this Language pack, you are welcome. I'm sure moderator can help to merge this thread with any new created by new language pack owner.

1. Yes it's mistake of transition from MyBB 1.6.10 but some changes were done for 1.8.1. and it was fixed.
Line 243 global.lang.php for 1.8.0 . The right value is

Вот эти "к сожелению", к сожалению в переводе повсеместно.
В общем, если созреете для коррекции, отправьте мне ЛС, пожалуйста.
В переводе очень много ошибок: от орфографических до банальной замены буквы Р (русской) буквой P (латинской).
Я конечно сам потихоньку ляпы исправляю, но это займет вечность.
