What about showing the user's age in the post stats thing (the section at the left of each post that has like the user's status, reputation, etc.)? And also, asking for the user's birth date during registration.

First, its name is postbit

Second, the age bit in postbit is, IMO, not needed, profile would be better. But the asking for age while registering is! Because then you can make COPPA or whatever apply. I remember someone talking about wanting this added.

Would also like it if they removed the "usergroup" thing in the postbit. It's a bit annoying and unnecessary if you ask me.

You can do that by yourself PW. Admin CP > Templates > Modify / Delete > *template set expand* > Postbit Templates Expand > postbit
