I have 2 forum x and y
I want import my all user and thread/post from y forum to x

x is old mybb forum may be 1.4
y is 1.8 mybb forum

How can i do this?

IIRC, MyBB 1.4 needs to be upgraded to 1.6 and then again to version 1.8
1.8 upgraded forum database can be used to merge with another MyBB 1.8

That's not needed, you can upgrade from any version to 1.8.
