I want that the members cant choose which theme on a page.
Like That thanks how?

Go to Settings/General Settings.. Show theme selector in footer , change to No

admin panel >> themes >> click on a theme name --> Edit Theme Properties --> Allowed User Groups

you can select which user groups can have access to that particular theme

Alowed user group, mark the groups that may use the theme

@JimR, there is something wrong with the theme installation. check if this guidance helps
