Seo links are not working for tags,

I am getting error page not found whenever a tag link changes into .html

you can change it in the plugin file. Now tag size works with the thread views and max thread views.
For change the font-size of the Tags in "tags_box" template.

OK, only one problem - with your tags system plugin the quick edit is not working... you can click on quick edit, change post and press save but the message is not changed until you refresh your page (f5)

with Tags disabled it is working fine

I test it again.
there is no issue in it. (I think you change the settings...)
Please uninstall and install the plugin..
