Well I have no idea what that is, I just heard it and tried to sound clever
Could it be one of the plugins messing it up?
Did you recently install or enable any plugins?
I'd try disabling them and seeing if it makes a difference

Nope I don't have any installed.
But I did on my previous server when I was using MyBB, then I backed that database up and restored it on the new one which is when I started having the problem.
I forgot to disable the plugins when I backed it up though.

What if I overwrote the existing files with some new ones?
As long as you don't overwrite inc/settings.php or inc/config.php it should be fine.
