How can I remove the "( )"

Brackets from the custom user titles? They appear when a member doesnt have a usertitle entered in mybb1.8.

admin panel >> templates >> your forum theme templates >> Member Templates >> member_profile
find ({$usertitle}) and replace with {$usertitle} & save the template
