This has already been reported. It will likely be fixed for MyBB 1.8.1, and you can track bug fixes for 1.8.1 via their github issue tracker.

It's not on github yet - 2 other possible problems were reported: guest E-mails not sent and wrong sender E-mail. Something has to be wrong with that page since that many issues are in question, I'm not sure what though.
EDIT: rejecting because this was 99% caused by outdated translation with missing string since I can't reproduce it in any way on English lang.

Are emails supposed to come to the email registered as admin's email?
I do not receive any at all! I did couple tests and nothing came to my email inbox... Unless I need to specify the email where to receive them somewhere. ?
