Oh that's prety nice...
However, see where it says search memberlist etc...? I prefer if this is an image with a text shadow and some effect so that it looks more within the chains. Then use Image maps for the links.
One more thing.. the table header are striped yellow and dark grey.. however if you notice at some points it is hard to read the light yellow text on the top of the other yellow.. what i would suggest is to make the table header consisting of 2 part. One part on the left bit skewed similiar to what is now but only dark grey..then the other part is where it starts to fade out then into the image you have now. Same for the table footer.
Other than that.. it is perfect.
