Hi :-) First time installer here :-)


When I type in the Board URL, I get to a blank page.

Also, when in the admin panel, I click 'Forums & Posts' - 'Board URL'/admin/index.php?module=forum - I get a blank page.


(I substituted my actual Board URL with 'Board URL' in the link above to make the question more useful to other newcomers).

Can you tell me how to actually get into the forum?

The solution appeared to be not to install the forum in the root folder.

by root folder we mean that it is public_html / www / htdocs folder.
if you do not have any installation there then there should be no reason to not install forum there

I don't know the details. I went into the ftp with Filezilla, and it looked like an O drive.
