I just migrated my SMF forum to mybb 1.8
When a user tries to login with his "old" details the system says wrong password.
Also when i try to register a new user, he does stay logged in after creation. but when i logout and try to login again, it keeps failing to login (wrong password).

Edit: i also moved the dir of the forum up one level. Installed it in a sub directory named Forum2 -> moved it up a dir to root
I can't even login with my admin account, it says that i'm entering the wrong captcha

Have you activated the loginconvert plugin and are you sure you're cookie settings are correct?

It's suddenly working...... very strange...
