I want to post a thread, the message forbidden. newthread.php can access, but when clicking the "Post Thread" can not (forbidden). Surprisingly, only the sub forum Tutorial Blogger who can not post threads (forbidden), the others can.

Seems like a host related issue.
been able to post a thread in the subforum Tutorial Blogger.
can not only post [code] html. whether because the hosting that I use because of an error or what?
