after upgrade from 1.6.15 to 1.8 my admin cp is a waith page and i cant login or do anything

i ask and other mybb support say this erorr is for disabale all plugin.we must disabale one by one.is it true?

.htaccess has nothing to do with this issue.

Perhaps it is something to do with your Admin folder?
Not 100% sure, can you give us anymore details?
Also did you solve this since it's marked as solved?
