I always check on my server to see that I get no error logs for the forum.
It seems I have been getting this one all the time.
I don't understand what it means so if I could get some help please

Have you modified portal.php? or applyied some plugin earlier?
however i believe you get this error as there is no source of announcements yet specified which is creating an empty array passed to the foreach function.
Nothing serious in it anyway.
You need to specify the announcement fid in your settings. I've made it fool proof for the next version so you don't get that error, although no posts will be shown.
That must be what it is then.I added MKPortal for this and since I wont be using the Mybb portal, I left the FID area empty.
