HI, This is khuram here and i run a non profit educational resource. I am facing this issue with my forum. It is related to redirect
i want
braindirector.com/forum to redirect to
www.braindirector.com/forum
But when
braindirector.com/forum
is requested, it redirects to
http://www.braindirector.com/forum//home...html/forum
which is a 404 page.
I have been able to find the core issue but not a fix for that. Here is the issue
when
braindirector.com/forum
is requested, it should return the url with a trailing slash
baindirector.com/forum/
But it does not return the url with a trailing slash at the end so .htaccess redirect to www version takes us to a 404 page.
But if we type
braindirector.com/forum/
the redirect is successful to
www.braindirector.com/forum
I need help adding the trailing slash so that when
braindirector.com/forum
the returned url should be
braindirector.com/forum/
and then .htaccess redirect to www will successfully lead to www.braindirector.com/forum
Waiting for your help.
Thanks

here is my .htaccess
