I need something specific:

I have two groups of users and each has access to a different forum. However I want to give access to visualization and writing to a group on a specific topic in the forum the other group.

Group A has access to the Forum A, group B has access to forum B
Group A has access to a specific topic in Forum B as if it were a member of group B.

Is it possible?

You already have two user groups:
Reg-a
Reg-b

In forum B, in that specific "forum" edit usergroup permission, let Reg-a view, post and so on at that specific forum.

Ok, but I want users from group A to have access to only one topic of forum B. Not to all form...

This isn't possible with the default myBB setup. You would need a plugin to accomplish this.

MyBB have a plugin to do this?

There is not one that I am aware of. You can try posting in the Plugin Requests forum to see if somebody would be willing to develop one for you.
