Hello,

I update my forum 1.6.15 to 1.8. I don't know but guests on my site can download attachments. They have no permission for that, is that a bug? How can I fix that?

Try rebuilding the forumpermissions cache. ACP->Tools->Cache Manager.

^ though guests can click on the attachments they get blank files. you can check it by logging out from your forum
this issue needs fixing

I tested but I can't download as guest (not show on Attachment Downloads Log).
Another guests can download it. I don't know why. Here another screenshot

If you can't download any attachment as guest, it's probably Attachment Downloads Log plugin's bug - it may show that someone downloaded an attachment even if they got no permission to do that. Try reporting it to the author.
