According to browser console, this might be the problem;

And this is what I get, when I click the 'send' button.

^ temporarily remove nprogress.js loading from headerinclude template and check if referred issue resolves

Also tried that, didn't work. But I solved my problem now. I was using a plugin for spoiler tag and just to check I disabled it, and worked nicely. For future reference I'm giving its name;
