I just installed mybb 1.8 on localhost. When i write long code post, the code wrapped automatically.
How to make it not wrapped, so there is a horizontal bar below.

Admin CP -> Configuration -> Posting -> Number of Characters before Word Wrapping Occurs -> set to 0 and Save

Then you can also remove word-wrap: break-word; from .tfixed class in global.css.
