What do you mean? Are you trying to add a forum announcement with a link to your forum header?

i mean i want to add link in announcement ,
same thing when i write txt i use add link ,

exemple
Latest MyBB Release:Link Here ==>>> MyBB 1.8 Released

i try this way but not work in announcement ,
