myplugins.lang.php was accidentally deleted. If you would be so kind to enter the code into the reply section that would be great. I am able to remake the file. adsact location folder was /home/casca148/public_html/inc/languages/english/admin/myplugins.lang.php does not exist. Why not just redownload the plugin? You will be able to find it under /inc/languages/english.
I don't think its a separate additional plugin. I'm pretty sure it is a built in thing. The Whole library itself. But I will check up. I have already been looking around though.

You can always find the latest source code on Github. Master Branch is what the latest stable release is.
