greetings. iam wondering if there is a way to permanently block ex (banned) members who are using vpn apps, incognito type browsers to rejoin. thanks

VPN's no, you'll have to get yourself a blocklist and start finding them.
Incognito, most browsers (Chrome) don't let you notice that it's in incognito mode so only way to notice is via a javascript check that iirc got patched.

if they want to visit you they will always find a way to find a key.
