Hey there guys, just gotten a MyBB with my friend recently. I notice some themes have the "New posts" and "No new posts" icons for the sub-forums;

Whereas some themes do not;

My question is how do I add those into my forum if they are not present in the current theme? I am a novice and have little/no experience using CSS or MyBB, the best I've been able to do so far is update the logo and change the background haha - so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using 1.6 themes is not recommended in 1.8. http://community.mybb.com/thread-161342-...pid1110724

Anyways, you can either fix it with CSS changes http://community.mybb.com/thread-158671-...pid1108233, by uploading the missing sprite image or by updating/reverting the forumbit_depth2_forum template.
