Do you see that box? Its not fully showing and is mixed with forum. That forum board closed warning.
Also can you tell me how to fix these smilies in editor and also make those BB Buttons visible?

Looks like file permission issue. Make sure that the images are set to permission 644.

If its already set at 644, delete the files & try uploading again.
