Hello!
In some signatures of the user , the french characters are not recognized.

 - â - é - à - ô etc ....

exemples:





This problem only occurs in the signatures!

Everything was ok before the update version 1.8
So I do not really know exactly where I should look for

Admin CP -> Tools & Maintenance -> UTF-8 conversion -> if UTF-8 status is not ticked for everything, click Convert All in the column

Then try inserting the characters again.

thank you for your answer. The point I had already checked. All files have a green tick.
Since this problem only occurs in the signatures, I wonder if perhaps there is a language problem?

This is a screenshot from my user-cp, with our default theme:




and this is a screenshot from a member/user with exact same default theme:



I have just contacted and asked a user to make a screenshot of its user-cp ... so that user does not have this problem and the special characters are displayed correctly.

Can it be that something is broke, as I got "lost" users after the update via php my admin again?

This is actually a problem of our sql backup.
I will work..
