I Have Enabled Gzip Compression in Server and Optimization Options

But Still Have a Problem when check PageSpeed Insights by Google.

I'm assuming that you're enabling gzip compression in the MyBB settings?

That will only turn in on for .php pages, not other static assets like CSS or Javascript, to gzip them you need to set the web server to do it instead of PHP.
