Well I started a Forum about Domains and Giving free domains.. But I need a Plugin where People are able to Post certain Registrars and then others can Vote on certain things about them.. and leave comments and ect..
I am willing to pay for this to get done is it wont cost a hefty amount..

is there anyway to do something similar to it? but no as Complex.. like leave some un needed things out.. just to make it simpler
Why not just create a forum category for registrars. Then create one thread for each registrar. Don't allow members to create threads just reply. In each registrar thread add a poll with options like
1. Excellent
2. Good
3. So-So
4. Not Good
5. Terrible
Allow members to reply of course to the threads and to PM you if they want a new registrar added.
Simple and clean imho.
