Perhaps you missed a file somewhere,

and be sure to recheck all your files from the download.

i've uploaded a few times but my problem is not solved
once i removed completely language and set english as the default language pack
but it does not change and the language used is not English
i then uploaded a second language and set as defult
again, the problem is not solved
