we used to have an automatic mAIL SENT WHEN someone recive a msg
or a replly to his topic
but after we moved from our old host to the new one
it stopped how can i bring it back to work again
i have edit the changes
and run the query but nothing

check system mail log available at tools & maintenance section of admin panel. latest log entries should have a clue.

There are no log entries with the selected criteria.

Make sure the domain the email is being sent from matches your domain. Sometimes this can be an issue.

how can i make sure of that
